IWC The International Women’s Club of Stockholm, Sweden celebrated International Women’s Day with a wonderful lunch concert at the Royal Opera in the Gold Foyer. IWC President Marie Stenulv started welcome the guests. There was a smaller concert at The Swedish Royal Opera House, Golden Foyer in favour of the The Instrument Appeal of the Royal Swedish Orchestra – Kungliga Hovkapellet

The Ambassador of Saudi Arabia Ahmed Alshahwa E Nass spoke about how women’s rights and establish menton and gender equality, and how working life have significantly improved in recent years. As early as 2030, Saudi Arabia estimates that half of all workers are women. Even today, men and women have the same salary. The atmosphere was so full of energy with only women in the Golden foyer. The opera’s responsible for donations is Cecila Canemyr.
