The Ambassador Maria Lumen B. Isleta, of the Philippine Embassy invited us to a special event entitled “Filippinernas ädla Drycker / Beverages of the Philippines”, an exclusive presentation and tastings of drinks from the Philippines featuring Don Papa Rum and Archipelago Gin. 

We got the chance to catch the performance of Mr. Dennis Barela Adiuba who work as bartender at the Hyatt Centric Gran Via in Madrid , and a Filipino mixologist and flair bartending champion. He is am a professional cocktail shaker and acrobatic shaker, with more than 19 years of experience. He have participated in several national and international championships.
